Learn more about my therapeutic approach, IFS training, and commitment to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care for clients throughout California.
I'm Janessa Radford, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA #130103) specializing in complex trauma and eating disorders. With over 5 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents, I provide a welcoming, empathetic, non-judgmental, and inclusive therapeutic environment.
I view the therapeutic process as an opportunity for you to explore your past and present life experiences through a lens of curiosity and compassion. This exploration creates space for you to gain insight into thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be preventing you from living a whole and authentic life.
I believe in the importance of feeling seen and heard, as well as the human capacity to overcome even the most difficult circumstances. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work with each client to create a treatment plan that addresses their unique challenges, needs, and goals.
I support adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, complex trauma, and grief. Beyond my clinical work, I'm committed to ongoing education and growth in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
